We would like to share the following opportunity:
Theme: Chemical biology and other related technologies have broad application prospects in cancer research and treatment.
This year's International Summer School, with the theme of "Chemical Biology and Anti-tumor Drugs", focuses on the molecular design and molecular engineering of source innovation, integrates cutting-edge scientific issues in the fields of biology, chemistry and medicine, and focuses on the themes of anti-tumor drug discovery and development, drug delivery and nanotechnology, molecular biology and oncology, preclinical research and efficacy evaluation, etc.
Four technical training modules are offered on cutting-edge technologies related to anti-tumor drug screening, drug target validation, drug delivery system optimization, cutting-edge technology and emerging therapies.
Date: July 18th - July 28th, 2024
Location: The East Campus of SYSU in Guangzhou.
Participants: Application is open to advanced undergraduate students, as well as master & PhD students in chemistry-related disciplines from around the world.
Expenses: Tuition fee and meals during the summer school will be fully covered by the organizing universities. Participating students in a summer school only have to pay for their own accommodation and transportation expenses.
Scholarships: The Summer School will elect approximately 20 outstanding students to receive scholarships, which will cover part of the international and domestic travel and accommodation expenses.

Introduction to the Summer School
This Summer School aims to provide international students with high-quality courses in chemistry, cultural experiences, and corporate visits. We tap into the brilliant pool of the university's faculty, and its international network of experts, to develop a series of courses that include multiple interdisciplinary studies.
The courses will be conducted in English. We aim to select approximately 50 students through a rigorous application process. Concurrently, the "Growth Partners" International Summer School activity will be held based on the School of Chemistry and the Top-plan 2.0 Training Base.
In addition to creating an intensive academic environment, we hope to give you a dynamic social experience via city tours, cultural excursions, corporate visits and a variety of extracurricular activities.
