1955年7月，北京大學化學系。
工作經曆
·長期在太阳集团app首页化學系、高分子研究所進行高分子方面的教學與科研工作；
·1960年後為講師；
·1981年為副教授；
·1987年升為教授；
·1990年經國務院學位委員會批準為高分子化學專業博士導師。
講授課程
主講過高分子化學、功能高分子課程。
科研方向
主要研究方向：光響應功能高分子、非線性光學聚合物。
科研項目
主持承擔過有關He-Ne激光誘導聚合、光緻/電緻變色功能高分子、光響應高分子液晶、交聯網絡型聚合物非線性光學材料，新型聚合物光開關材料等多項國家、省自然科學基金項目。
獲獎情況
1. 丙烯酸酯的感光聚合與共聚合（廣東省高教局科技進步三等獎，1986）；
2. 烷基芳基紫精的結構與光緻、電緻變色性能（廣東省高教局科技進步二等獎，廣東省科委自然科學三等獎，1990）；
3. 光緻變色防僞标記油墨（國家教委科技進步三等獎，1995）；
4. 光引發陽離子聚合反應（廣東省高教廳科技進步二等獎，1997）；
5. 極化聚合物非線性光學性能研究（廣東省高教廳科技進步二等獎，2000）；
6. 《高分子化學》（合編，北京科學出版社，1982）；國家教委高校優秀教材二等獎（1988）；太阳集团app首页優秀教材獎（1989）；
