科研方向
課題組長期以來緊密圍繞國家、廣東省和江西省稀土産業和電子信息産業重大需求,先後與上市企業(佛山國星光電股份有限公司、江門科恒股份有限公司和深圳光峰科技股份有限公司等)開展長期緊密産學研合作,主要從事固體無機材料、稀土發光材料的基礎與應用研究;具體研究方向包括:
- 半導體(白光LED與激光LD)照明與顯示用稀土熒光粉、玻璃/陶瓷材料;
- 光電傳感與探測用稀土近紅外熒光粉;
- 超高清顯示用稀土鈣钛礦納米晶等的基礎與應用研究;
- 生物醫用納米稀土熒光探針和稀土閃爍材料;
- 太陽能電池和都市農業用稀土光譜轉換材料;
科研項目
先後主持和參與了國家科技部重點研發計劃項目課題、國家“973”計劃項目課題、國家“863”計劃重大項目課題、國家自然科學基金-雲南省聯合基金重點項目子課題、國家自然科學基金青年/面上項目與國際合作研究項目、廣東省應用型科技研發重大項目、廣東省自然科學基金團隊項目、廣東省重大科技專項、廣東省重點研發計劃項目課題、江西省重大科技研發專項“揭榜挂帥”項目以及廣州市重點研發計劃項目、廣州市科技計劃重點項目及廣東省其它地市等縱向項目和企業技術研發等橫向課題共30餘項;

先後獲2019年雲南省科學技術獎一等獎、2019年廣東省科學進步獎二等獎、2018年中國有色金屬工業科學技術獎三等獎、2014年廣東省科學技術獎二等獎、2016廣州市科學技術進步獎二等獎和2015年佛山市科學技術獎二等獎。
