教學情況

“國家級教學團隊”主要成員,國家精品課程《綜合化學實驗》課程負責人。先後講授《無機化學》、《配位化學與生物無機化學》、《綜合化學實驗》、《現代化學研究方法與技術》等課程,主編《綜合化學實驗》、《生物無機化學導論》(現代化學基礎叢書)等本科生和研究生教材著作。主持多項省級大學化學實驗教學研究及改革項目,在《中國大學教學》、《大學化學》等刊物上發表教學研究論文10餘篇,擔任2004年國際化學奧林匹克競賽中國隊教練,主持廣東省中學化學教材改革項目。教改研究與人才培養獲省級教學成果獎5項、國家級1項,其中以第一完成人獲國家教學成果二等獎。

科研情況

長期從事生物無機化學和金屬化學生物學研究,主要包括金屬診療、金屬酶化學、核酸化學、藥物化學生物學、分子探針、生物成像等,先後承擔國家傑出青年基金項目、國家基金集成/重大/重點/面上項目、教育部創新團隊、廣東省創新團隊、科技部973和國家重點研究計劃課題等,已在在Nat. Chem. Bio., Nat. Commun.,J. Am. Chem. Soc., Angew. Chem. Int. Ed.,Natl. Sci. Rev.等雜志發表論文240餘篇,H-index = 68,獲國家發明專利9 件,國際PCT專利3件。編寫英文專著章節3部,研究成果獲省部級獎勵2項、國家級1項,其中以第一完成人獲國家自然科學獎二等獎。
