核酸化學生物學,圍繞核酸化學修飾和動态核酸技術展開,主要研究内容包括:
(1) 動态核酸結構與核酸化學;
(2) 動态核酸技術與合成生物學;
(3) 化學官能化核酸的分子工具與細胞功能調控。
課題組長期招收對核酸化學生物學感興趣的碩士和博士研究生,以及博士後。

論著一覽:
徐亮教授長期緻力于核酸化學生物學方面的研究,特别關注發展新型的基于核酸的化學生物學工具,其核心在于發展可操控細胞基因表達行為的化學手段以調控和改造細胞功能,從而實現針對特定疾病關聯基因的靶向幹預,從而促進生物新技術的發展。徐亮教授作為通訊作者或第一作者已發表數十篇論文,其中包含Nature,Proc. Natl. Acad. Sci.,Nat. Commun.,J. Am. Chem. Soc.,Angew. Chem. Int. Ed.,Nucleic Acids Res.和Chem. Sci.等。
