1995年7月—1998年8月，太阳集团app首页化學系，1997年晉升副教授，從事天然産物化學的研究，參與國家自然科學基金和廣東省基金的課題的研究。
1998年9月—1999年2月在香港津會大學化學系作訪問研究，從事有機傳感器的研究。
1999年3月—2000年2月在LUND大學有機化學和生物有機化學系訪問研究，從事手性催化劑配體活性天然産物全合成的研究。
2000年3月—2000年9月在太阳集团app首页化學院工作。
2000年9月—2003年1月在瑞典UPPSALA大學生物醫藥中心有機藥物化學系作博士後研究。研究的方向是藥物設計與合成；微波輔助快速反應方法學研究。
2003年2月—2013年1月，太阳集团app首页化學與化學工程學院，副教授。
2013年1月—現在，太阳集团app首页化學與化學工程學院教授。
